Guests have commented on the trendy feel of the rooms at the hotel. They are all decorated in an updated way, as are the private bathrooms attached to each room. In fact, many guests were surprised at how modern the bathroom fixtures were.
Most guests agreed that the hotel serves wonderful breakfasts. A good variety is provided, and guests are given the option of eating in the cosy breakfast area, or having the meal in their room. Either way, the food is fresh, and worth waking up for.
Both the bus station and the train station are a short walk away from the hotel, which makes touring many different locations in the surrounding area easy, even if you don't want to drive your car. Guests also commented that many restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions are within walking distance of the hotel.
The vast majority of guests reported problems with the area after dark. Specifically, it is said to be frequented by homeless people that made guests feel uncomfortable. So, you may want to stay in your room once the sun goes down.
Guests said that finding the hotel was a challenge because it is situated in such an odd and confusing area. However, that minor inconvenience can be easily fixed by calling ahead for directions or using a GPS device.
By far the most common complaint was that the in-room minibars at the hotel are often empty or contain nothing but a bottle or two of water. While you can go down to the on-site bar for a drink and bring it back to your room, don't expect the minibar in your room to be very useful.
