Hotel Beaver Lake Cottages (Eureka Springs, USA)

Bob, the host, is very welcoming to the guests and always has time for them, making them feel at home and advising them about how to get the best out of their time at the resort. He has emailed guests in advance of their arrival to introduce himself and ask if there is anything he can do to make their stay more comfortable. The fresh flowers in the room are a nice touch. Bob even performs marriage ceremonies for people staying here at the resort and he does it very well. Bob's staff is excellent, helpful, friendly and co-operative, without being obtrusive.

The views from both the cabins and the inn are spectacular, and a very special feature of this resort that adds to the guests' enjoyment of their stay.

The kitchens and kitchenettes in the rooms and cabins are very well-stocked, which is a great help as the area is rather remote. There is the town of Eureka Springs nearby, though.
