The hotel has a nice ambience and is well maintained and pleasantly furnished with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, tea, coffee making facilities. All of the facilities were kept to the highest cleanliness standards. The hotel is in great condition with contemporary

The Holiday Inn offers very comfortable mattresses in all of the hotel rooms. Guests have the option of picking pillows from the soft and hard pillow menu for extensive sleeping accommodations.
Several of the hotel’s previous guests were displeased with the overall attitude and demeanor of the service staff. The reception and restaurant staff seemed rather unpleasant and rude when catering to a guest’s service requests or travel concerns. There
Some had difficulty initially finding the hotel as it is well hidden in a residential area covered by a tree lined block.
There were several complaints about the onsite Italian restaurant. Some guests noted their food too dry and flavourless and on one occasion a guest's food was still frozen.
