Lack of on-site restaurant food
The resort does not offer free breakfast and an on-site restaurant. Therefore, guests had difficulty going to different places within the area just to grab some food.
Annoying time-share presentation
Most of the negative reviews were from guests who did not have a great experience with the presentation offered by the management. It was a two-hour presentation wherein guests were requested to attend for the purpose of buying shares. Guests did not like the overall attitude of staff due to their hard selling technique and sometimes overpriced computations.
