The staff members here are friendly and professional, with a great customer service attitude. The staff at the reception have been found to be especially friendly and helpful, even to the extent of helping guests to plan activities. They make staying at this hotel even more enjoyable and are a great asset to the property.
The location of this resort is ideal and one of the biggest assets of the property. It is accessible for the fun attractions of Florida, including the surrounding towns and islands. The resort is close to many restaurants and local places of interest.
This is a hotel with a high standard of cleanliness and a dedicated staff who work hard to maintain that standard. Those who have stayed here have found the rooms to be spotless, fresh-smelling and hygienic. The pool area is also found to be very enjoyable to hang out in.
One couple, who had come to spend a romantic weekend here, were disappointed to find that the water heater in the hot tub was broken and they were unable to enjoy the facility. In addition to that, they had no hot water in their bathroom on that particular weekend either.
Some of the rooms have been found to be on the compact side, which suits many of the guests, but not others. The bathrooms have also been found to be compact, which again is fine for some, but not for others, especially guests who are not small in size and need more space.
The Wi-Fi connectivity here is sometimes a little irregular. Some guests found it too weak to be of any use.
