The hotel is situated just off the freeway and is very easy to find. Parking is available for those arriving by car and downtown is just a short drive away. There are multiple restaurants nearby so there should be something to please everybody.
If you are travelling on a budget and simply wanting a place to stay with a comfortable bed and somewhere safe to leave your car then this is the hotel for you. The rooms are kept clean to a high standard and have all the basic amenities you need for a short stay.
The staff are well trained in customer service here and deliver a genuinely warm welcome. Check in is fast and efficient and staff are happy to provide directions or recommendations of places to visit whilst you are in the area.
There have been some minor maintenance issues reported here for example air-conditioning not working effectively and plumbing problems in the bathroom.
Of late there has been very mixed feedback on the rooms which almost sounds like guests are staying in two totally different properties! The hotel has confirmed that renovations are on-going and therefore there will be a difference in satisfaction levels depending on whether you are allocated a renovated room or an older room. It may be worth specifically asking for one of the newer rooms on check-in or even prior to that.
