Guests just loved the recently renovated hotel as everything, from rooms to lobby to reception area very fresh and clean. Even the floor, ceiling and carpets are fresh and new. The room is large with WIFI, a desk, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The new bed linens, comforter and soft bath towels made the stay truly wonderful for all the guests.

The staff at Best Western Four Seasons Traverse City is very polite and helpful. From the reception staff to the breakfast staff, everyone was nice and took great care in making sure everything is in place. Staff is loved by each and every guest for their courteous and professional nature.

Guests loved the breakfast at Best Western Four Seasons Traverse City, which had a good selection featuring hot items like eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits and other typical breakfast bar items. Even the breakfast area is very open and roomy.

The bathroom size is very small and quite difficult to move around in. There were some minor issues like missing bathroom sink, not enough counter space and the bathroom door would not fully close.

Few guests reported there is noise coming from the A.C and also the air filters need to be better serviced.

Although guests loved the newly furbished hotel and the amenities they provide, some guests felt that the price is a bit high for the small in size rooms and bathrooms.
