Hotel Best Western Plus City Center (Spokane, USA)

The staff at Best Western Plus City Center are wonderful. They will go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay and that you are satisfied with your room. They will also offer up some really useful information about things to do in the city.

Guestrooms are pleasingly spacious and the level of cleanliness is impressive. Everything is pretty much spotless. The beds are comfortable with good quality bedding.

It's an easy walk to the city centre from this property and there is a really decent choice of restaurants in the vicinity. You'll also find yourself next to a grocery store and a coffee shop. If you are in town for business, then the Convention Center is right across the street.

Best Western Plus City Center offers free covered parking but there aren't enough spaces for the number of people who want to use them. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so if you arrive late, you might have to find somewhere alternative for your vehicle.

While the actual breakfast is pretty nice, there are issues with it. Firstly, there isn't much space in the room in which it is served, so it quickly becomes annoyingly crowded. Also there is sometimes insufficient provision of the items and you might find yourself having to queue.

Unless you are on the top floor, you will likely experience sounds from people walking around above you. You can also hear noises from adjoining rooms and from the traffic outside.
