The hotel is located at a great location accessible to I-95 and perfect for planning day drips to Monticello and Montpellier and the Richmond city center. On top of that, some of the tourist attractions are just a short walk away too.
Most of the guests have loved the breakfast at Best Western Plus Glen Allen Inn which offers a lot of variety. Everything was fresh and the waffles were termed delicious by some of the guests.
The rooms are very spacious and clean at the hotel. There are a lot of amenities available too like microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and even a kitchen area with stove which the guests found very convenient.
There have been many guests who had booked non-smoking rooms but were given the smoking rooms on third floor. The smoke smell seems to be everywhere on the floor and in some cases room change requests were not entertained with additional fee.
There have been a few complaints regarding the state of bathrooms. Guests have reported the bathrooms amenities not working properly like the shower and leakage problems. The walls had stains on them and other cleanliness issues were also reported.
Guests have complained about the poor front desk service at Best Western Plus Glen Allen Inn. Complaints have not been received well and the management has generally been slow or failed to take any action in some cases.
