Guests appreciated the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. The shuttle service has been very helpful and convenient especially to those who carry a lot of suitcases or luggage. Shuttles can take the guests to their desired destinations such as restaurants, the boardwalk, and terminal.
Aside from the warm greetings, most guests commend the extremely professional yet friendly assistance of the staff. They made the guests feel welcomed and provided necessary assistance with the shuttle service and other special requests. Even the shuttle driver has been very funny, accommodating, and served as a good source of entertainment for the guests.
Most guests expressed their satisfaction with the comfortable and beautiful atmosphere of the rooms. The rooms are well-equipped with microwaves and mini-fridge, or almost everything they need. Furthermore, the in-room facilities are fully-functional!
Guests are discontented with the quality of breakfast served daily. The foods lacked variety and are considered typical or basic. Moreover, the breakfast area is not sufficient in size compared to the number of guests the hotel accommodates.
Most of the major establishments such as restaurants, stores, and tourists destinations cannot easily be reached within short walking distance. As a result, guests were displeased for they couldn’t freely roam the area without the help of the free shuttle service.
Some guests had issues with the bathroom area where the shower heads did not have much water pressure. The toilet flush was also not working, so the bowl was always clogged. Even the lock from the doors was not working properly so some guests had to push their way in and out of the bathroom.
