With Greater Rochester International Airport directly across the road, Best Western The Inn at Rochester Airport is perfectly located for travelers with early departures and late arrivals. There is also a free shuttle service to get you and your luggage quickly and easily to and from the airport.
A complimentary breakfast is offered and the start time is also early to accommodate those traveling early in the morning. A variety of breakfast dishes are offered, including a selection of cereals, pastries and bagels, eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruit and a waffle machine where you can make your own waffles.
Guests described the rooms as well appointed with tasteful furnishings. The rooms are also clean and tidy and include large and comfortable beds. Despite the close proximity to the airport the rooms were also found to be quiet.
Different room categories are offered and some guests found their room to be small and cramped. Guests also reported that the en suite bathrooms were also inconveniently small with limited space to store toiletries.
Despite positive reviews about the breakfast selection, the breakfast room itself could be improved. Some guests found the room to be small with limited space and seating. The area can get quickly crowded and you may need to wait to be seated during busy periods.
It may be that not all the furnishings in the guest room have been updated, as some guests described the decor and furnishings as old and outdated.
