Guests loved that the beach can be reached within a ten-minute walk from the property. Furthermore, along the way are many nice restaurants. The property is also near the Coney Avenue business district, great for those at the area for business.
Despite its small size, the pool area is the favourite hangout place of guests who wanted to just lie down and relax. The pool itself is spotlessly clean. Moreover, the pool also has a waterfall feature, which many guests adored.
Many of the previous guests agreed that the property is indeed one of the most affordable in the area. The accommodation is especially perfect for those who wanted to stay near the beach, but cannot afford beach-front hotels.
Most of the previous guests had complained of the non-working air conditioners. They stated that the AC units barely do anything to make the rooms any colder. Other complained that the unit they got in their rooms make a loud, wheezing noise.
Among the plumbing issues mentioned by the guests are that there were no hot water in the bathrooms, the toilets keep getting clogged, and that the drain in the bathroom absorbed water poorly. They also felt that the shower itself was tiny and the showers were difficult to utilise.
Guests complained that the beds were too hard, comparing to sleeping on it like sleeping on a brick. Others complained about the low-quality pillows, saying that they were too thin and that they had to request another one so they can sleep comfortably.
