The apartments are thought to be in a good location in the city of Valencia. They are within walking distance of various public transport stops and the central plaza and monuments. It is also close to various restaurants and shops.

Many guests chose to stay in one of the apartments because it gave them the freedom to be at home and be a tourist at the same time. They were able to cook their meals and had as much privacy as one can ask for.

Some guests found the bathrooms too small for comfort. They thought the showerhead could be replaces and there could be some storage space to put things in. They also would have liked some simple curtains for privacy.
