Private balconies offer views of Lake Eve. The Fountains - a Bluegreen Resort Orlando has a 75,000-square-foot tropical water wonderland, a zero entry pool with two water slides, two hot tubs and an interactive water fountain. There is a playground for kids, a 20,000 sq ft club house, video games, billiards, tennis, gift shop and lounge area. There is an onsite bar and grill, the Wakoola Grill and a poolside bar. Guests can enjoy paddle-boating and fishing at the lake. Nearby attractions include SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Wet N' Wild and Walt Disney World Resort.

The Fountains - a Bluegreen Resort Orlando is a lovely resort with self contained condos and all the amenities required for a great and memorable family holiday. The resort is set amidst 54 acres of its own grounds and as such is a self sufficient, self contained township with lots to keep the whole family engaged. The rooms have all modern amenities and fully functional kitchens as well as a balcony with lovely views.
The location of the resort gives guests access to boating and fishing on the lake as well as other nearby attractions such as Disney World, Sea World and other theme parks.
The Fountains - a Bluegreen Resort Orlando has a large pool area with pool slides a pool bar, its own grill restaurant, a playground, video games area, tennis and billiards facility as well as a fitness center. The condos are generally found to be clean and well looked after.
While some guests felt that the service was fine, others felt that some of the staff at the front desk and the pool were less than polite. A few guests felt that preferential service is provided to the owners of the condos (as against guests).

Wi-Fi is not free and the services are variable, causing inconvenience to guests.
