Hotel Bologna Airport (Bologna, Italy)

Guests were very happy with the restaurant and the food choices offered there. They felt the Italian cuisine offered was delicious and there was a good selection from the menu. Most guests were satisfied with the breakfast, lunch or dinner options.

The hotel is located within a couple of kilometres from the Bologna Airport and for those who had to head to the airport in the morning. There is an airport shuttle service offered by the hotel which was also a nice addition and the hotel is set outside of the city.

The rooms are found to be big and clean by most guests who were content to have spacious accommodations. Their stay was not ruined by the bad state of the rooms, rather is was positive thanks to the cleanliness. There was also a daily towel change.

Some guests felt the hotel was not up-to-par when it came to the four-stars it has. Some thought the breakfast and airport shuttle were free amenities only to find they were not. Other things such as customer service and rooms were not thought to be of high level.

Some guests found that the surrounding area was too loud, especially when the windows were left open. A major highway and roads are nearby which made traffic noise obvious. Some neighbor noise was also not isolated.

The WiFi password had to be asked of from the front desk everyday which was a bit annoying for some guests. Some experienced a slow and unsteady Internet connection which was also found to be annoying.
