With its mountainside location, the hotel has a good vantage point for guests to enjoy wonderful views of the bay. Guests enjoy sitting on one of the hotel terraces and relaxing with a drink while enjoying the view.

Guests have commented on how they enjoy accessing the private beach. This makes a nice little break from relying on only the hotel's facilities, and is considered to be a nice touch.

You may find that the hotel seems dated and worn. Guests noted issued such as air-conditioning being noisy, poor water pressure, fixtures being rusty, and worn towels. Guests say that the hotel needs maintenance and improvements to meet their expectations of a luxury hotel.

While perfect for relaxing, if you want to be able to venture away from the resort to enjoy shopping or local bars and restaurants, you may find that the hotel is a little out of the way and that you will need to have the use of a car or pay for taxis.

Overall, guests were not particularly impressed with food at the hotel. They did not think the breakfast buffet was attractively presented and that there was a good choice. Service in the restaurant was slow and the meals are not classified by many guests as not being very enjoyable.
