Hotel Caravan Inn Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, USA)

Guests who were expecting to relax during their stay were not disappointed! The on-site outdoor pool and hot tub were very relaxing according to guests, and enabled them to take a break from their daily stresses. Moreover, lovely mountain views can be seen from the pool area.

Unlike in most of the hotels, guests were not able to hear noise from the neighboring rooms, and even from the outside. The rooms in the Caravan Inn are well soundproofed, therefore, most of the guests expressed that they are able to enjoy a comfortable stay without being inconvenienced by any kind of noise.

Guests commended the hotel’s efficient and helpful personnel! They were very helpful, especially in providing information and direction to the different attractions and landmarks in Glenwood Springs.

Although the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, most of the previous guests were not satisfied with what was offered to them. Guests commented that the dishes served were very typical, and they were served only from seven to ten in the morning, disallowing those who had to leave early to avail of it.

Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the property. However, guests complained that the Internet access is not very fast and reliable. This caused them inconvenience, especially when they were trying to go online to attend to different important matters.

Guests expressed their disappointment because they were not able to enjoy a comfortable sleep due to the beds, which were of low quality. Moreover, the beds seem a bit too hard for most of the guests’ standards.
