The hotel was thought as being a colourful and vibrant property by guests. They enjoyed the panoramic views of the ocean and the plants that decorated the walls and spaces of the hotel. There was great care in keeping this hotel close to its local roots.
The staff were found to be friendly and to speak very good English and other languages. They catered to guest requests which made for a comfortable and positive experience. The management is very personable and not stand-offish.
Guests truly enjoyed their stay in the hotel thanks to the various amenities available to them. There are free bike rentals available, an infinity pool and a spa area to use, and open, spacious common areas with ocean views.
The noise from the hallways and next door rooms were found to be too much for guests. They found out that the walls did little to nothing to reduce the noise level.
The hotel is not in the central area of the island with its famous beach and shops. Guests were able to take taxis to that area but they would have preferred to have been walking distance from the beach.
So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
