This hotel is completely different to the international branded hotels that many travellers are used to. It consists of various blocks and each room is slightly different. They are generally spacious, well-decorated and charming. There is a very authentic feel here and you can start to immerse yourself in local culture.
Some parts of the hotel have stunning views and it may be worth requesting one at the time of booking. The rooftop lounge bar has some of the best views in the whole complex and from here you can see all across the harbour.
Guests say that the service here is out of this world, from the treatments in the spa to the incredibly high standards of the housekeeping team. The staff are friendly and welcoming and deliver consistently high levels of customer service. Many guests return time after time as they feel that this hotel is unbeatable.
