Positive Reviews
positive:
Location could not be better
You will be very close to the
city centre with many places of interest and good places to eat within easy
walking distance. Guests feel that the area is nice and safe, and they like
that if they want to explore further afield they are ideally located to access
the metro.
positive:
Spacious and clean rooms
You will
find that the rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. They are kept nice
and clean by the housekeeping staff who will replace bed linens and towels
during your stay.
positive:
Friendly and obliging staff
Although only a few of the staff are able to speak more than a limited amount of English, guests say that they are friendly and go out of their way to try and help. They are happy to accommodate special requests where they can.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No air-conditioning
Rooms do
not include air-conditioning, although fans are available from reception on
request. It can get hot and stuffy here - it is Mexico, after all! - so if you
think you will struggle in the heat, this hotel may not be the most sensible choice
for you.
negative:
Unreliable Wi-Fi
You may find that you cannot get the Wi-Fi signal
in your room at all or that when you do it is a weak service. If staying
connected is important to you while you are on your travels, you might want to
bear this in mind.
negative:
Rooms can be noisy
Some guests have found that rooms
facing the main street are noisy, particularly on a night. Walls are also thin,
and noise has been reportedly heard coming from the hallways of the hotel on a
night.
