Your stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu will surely be a treat if you like to walk and explore. Being located in the city, many of the local attractions, public transport, city center and shopping malls are within walking distance.
Some of the past guests expressed their delight over the cleaning standard they noticed during their stay at the hotel. Guests have highly appreciated the efforts by housekeeping team in keeping the hotel's public area and guest rooms' clean and tidy at all times.
As mentioned by past guests, the large and spacious rooms at this property are ideal for couples and families traveling with little ones. There is enough storage area and room for you and your young ones to move around without bumping into things.
Some of the guests were unhappy with the food at the on-site restaurant. In some of the instances, the food served was not up to the standards almost inedible and quite repetitive. Guests preferred eating in nearby restaurants.
Cerulean Tower Tokyu offers incredible views from the room but some of the guests left dissatisfied as their room faced hotel's car park instead of the beautiful city of Tokyo. City view rooms are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
While most of the guests have enjoyed the luxury at this property, some have felt that the resort is slightly over-priced compared to the amenities. Even the restaurants and bars charge unreasonable for basic dishes and drinks as per past visitors.
