Most guests speak well of the highly accommodating and friendly assistance of the staff. The manager made an effort to meet the guests and personally cater to their needs. They were funny yet professional and were very attentive and willing to help with all the issues faced by the guests.
Aside from having clean and well-maintained bathrooms, guests admired the enjoyable stand alone or walk-in shower. They were huge enough and very comfortable so guests with large frames did not have any issues.
Previous guests were pleased with the overall quality of the beds, mattresses, and pillows provided at the hotel. The beds were extremely clean, soft, and comfortable while the pillows were made of great quality materials.
Due to the lack of a free continental breakfast included on the room rates, guests were disappointed since breakfast was normally part of the package at other standard hotels. The on-site restaurant was also somewhat expensive so guests had to look for nearby restaurants for alternatives.
Most guests especially the young kids were quite unhappy with the lack of a swimming pool facility provided at the hotel. There was no place for kids to enjoy and have fun while adults were upset with the lack of a Jacuzzi or hot tub provided for relaxation.
Due to its challenging location, previous guests and even the taxi drivers had difficulty finding the address of the hotel. The access road was a little hard to find especially if a person is not familiar with the area. Moreover, the actual location is not ideal due to the traffic since it is within the industrial area.
