The warm and professional nature of the employees was easily noticed by guests. Both the checking-in and checking-out process are handled efficiently and quickly. The hotel's personnel are ever ready and ready to help you with any complaints you might have.
The rooms are very large and properly maintained. As the hotel was recently renovated a few years back, the design is modern and you are able to manoeuvre around easily. The apartments as well as other public areas are very clean.
Guests using the hotel's wireless internet connection were pleased to find it was very quick and available throughout the premises. Those who were handling large files could do so with much ease.
Most complaints were regarding the breakfast not up to the standard expected. As such, many opted to have their meals at nearby eateries since they were plenty of them to choose from. The dining area also appears to be quite small and seating can be problematic.
Though the hotel does have underground parking, a number of guests have found it to be too expensive. A few were especially concerned because they were using their cars several times a day as their primary means of transport.
Some guests were disappointed by the lack of a kettle or a coffee machine in their rooms. Considering the four-star status of this hotel, they felt that this should be a basic component in all rooms.
