The rooms were found to be comfortable by guests who enjoyed having their own en suite bathrooms. They also had well-presented rooms with amenities that you would need if you traveled such as mini bars, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee makers.
The staff presented themselves in a positive light to guests. They made a good impression with their cheerful attitude and their manner of making them feel welcomed. They would kindly give guests items requested and helped with advice of the area.
The hotel's location was found to be perfect for guests who visited for tourism purposes. They were able to walk to most of the city's attractions, such as museums, churches and city squares. Guests were also able to take the metro with ease, and choose where to eat and drink.
Guests felt the breakfast room was too crowded in the mornings. They did not feel comfortable being in the rooms with all the guests who seemed to come to eat at the same time.
Guests understood that if they were in a central location, there would be some night noise from outside. They felt it was an issue especially if they had to have the windows open, and it was a bit annoying to sleep soundly.
Guests felt the rooms were on the small side and would have liked to have more space. The bathrooms are also mini versions, but it seemed like the space was well organized.
