The hotel is located at the cocoa beach. A number of attractions are also within reach. It's proximity to the beach makes it easy for guests to enjoy surfing among other activities. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. There are a number of supermarkets in the area and this makes shopping quite convenient.
Most members of staff are bilingual and very fluent in English. This was seen as a plus by many English speaking guests as they did not have to struggle to put their points across. The employees are very courteous and efficient in carrying out their tasks.
The hotel is classy and modern. The decor is trendy and flows pleasantly from the entrance hall to the rooms to the surrounding areas. The guestrooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained with daily housekeeping is provided.
The Wi-Fi connection was found by majority of the guests to be very weak and unsteady. Those intending to handle large files were unable to do so and most found it only suitable for very light web browsing.
A number of guests have complained about the state of the hotel. The bathrooms show signs of neglect as a few showers were broken and some toilets were faulty when flushed. There also seems to be a lingering bad smell reported in some rooms, the corridors and staircase.
Guests were very disappointed finding out that the hotel had no pool. Those who wished to spent time at the pools were rather unhappy as they couldn't do that. They were of the opinion that the hotel should upgrade and have one.
