Visitors mentioned that the hotel is close to off-site amenities, such as stores and restaurants. So if you need to pick up something on your way back to the room for the night, chances are you'll find a shop nearby that offers what you need.
Guests mentioned that this hotel is outside of downtown Cincinnati without being too far away. For this reason, you may not experience as much noise as other locations closer to the heart of the city.
While a few detractors thought that the hotel is expensive, other guests mentioned that for being around Cincinnati, the price works for them. So while it's not incredibly cheap, guests mentioned that it is affordable given the amenities you received here compared to other area hotels.
A majority of visitors said this hotel can be extremely clean. Others, however, had issues, such as bathrooms that appear dirty or floors that didn't seem to be vacuumed. Some also mentioned the smell cigarettes in non-smoking rooms or hallways. Again, most guests didn't have an issue with the level of cleanliness.
A large number of guests enjoyed their interactions with staff. That's not true of everyone though. Some people said they had issues with the morning breakfast staff and the front desk. Overall though, most visitors had a pleasant experience with the employees here.
