Due to its close proximity to the Hillsboro Airport and other cities such as Portland, guests have really enjoyed their stay and are extremely contented. Moreover, the hotel is located within a short distance from convenient stores, shops, restaurants, and other tourists’ destinations such as Canon Beach.
Most guests are impressed with the variety of breakfast food served at the hotel! Meal includes a huge selection of pastries, breads, eggs, sausages, some hot and cold dishes, and great tasting coffee. All of these foods are consistently appetizing and are of good quality.
The hotel employees have demonstrated outstanding professional service according to most guests. They did everything they could to help the guests with their needs by giving way to their special requests such as relocating to different rooms and late check-in and check-out.
Guests were disappointed with the lack of available elevator within the hotel. As a result, they had no choice but to take the stairs, which were difficult for disabled individuals, those who carried a lot of luggage, and those who had mobility issues.
Due to poor soundproofing, noise from people talking at the other rooms, loud footsteps at the hallway, and traffic noise are heard by guests. Weird noise is also emitted from the air-conditioning system. Thus, guests are advised to wear earplugs.
Guests had some issues with the old-fashioned design of the bathroom as well as the quality of the furniture. The bathroom is dirty and needs to be sanitized properly. The shower heads are also quite low and the bath tub has leak and needs to be replaced.
