Guests appreciated how the staff treated them during their stay! They expressed that most of the personnel were friendly and helpful, always prompt in addressing their needs and answering their queries.

The breakfast served on-site is very enjoyable according to most guests. They were contented with the generous servings, and the fact that they had a lot of food choices. Many also pointed out that the breakfast area is well-maintained, ensuring a great dining experience.

Most of the guests were pleased with the view which greeted them upon entering the hotel. Moreover, the scenery of the mountains that can be seen from the rooms made the guests’ stay very memorable and made them want to stay in the hotel again.

Previous guests pointed out that there weren’t many choices for them to eat during their stay, as there were very few good restaurants within walking distance. However, just a few minutes’ drive would bring guests to a nice selection of dining establishments.

One of the common complaints of the guests was the issues with the TV. Some guests even experienced having a non-functional TV, while others had a TV that displayed poor reception. Such problems made staying in the hotel a bit disappointing for the guests.

Many of the previous guests have encountered problems with the plumbing. They pointed out that the shower had a very poor water pressure, while some experienced having a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The hotel management, though, were quick to respond to such issues upon guests’ complaint.
