They will greet you with a warm and friendly smile and will always be polite and courteous. The staff on reception have been given a special mention for being helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and will give recommendation on what there is to see and do in addition to the best places to eat out.
Fairplex Exposition Park is less than ten minutes’ drive away so very handy for visitors to the many events held here such as car shows, food and drink festivals and job fairs. The hotel is also only around 30-minutes’ drive east of Los Angeles and everything that this busy city has to offer.
The hotel is well-maintained and housekeeping staff do a good job of ensuring that the rooms are kept clean and presentable.
Fellow guests can be quite noisy at times with slamming doors and noise from adjoining rooms. Previous guests have also recommended requesting a room at the back of the hotel and away from the main road as this can also be a disturbance.
Although the breakfast does its job of filling you up in a morning the food is a bit dull and uninspiring with the same thing every day.
There isn’t a pool here so regular swimmers may be disappointed and in addition the Wi-Fi provided is very slow and you may struggle to get a decent connection.
