Hotel Comfort Inn & Suites (San Juan, Puerto Rico)

The hotel is located just minutes' walk from the local beach. In just 5-minutes drive you can reach the Punta Salinas peninsula and the Blue Flag beach. The local area is filled with a variety of restaurants and cantinas which are within walking distance. The largest shopping mall in the Caribbean, Plaza Las Américas, is 25-minutes drive away. Sites and attractions which are less than 15-minutes drive away include the San Juan National Historic Site, Casa Bacardi and the Isla de Cabras.

Despite being located close to a main road, guest found the hotel to offer peaceful, quiet surrounding areas. The rooms were well appointed and furnished with comfortable beds, wtih some rooms offering a view of the beach.

Guests reported that staff were friendly and accommodating, and sought to make guests feel welcome and at home. The complimentary breakfast offered was reportedly varied with a delicious and plentiful selection of dishes.

Some guests commented that the general peace and quiet of the hotel was interrupted by the noise of traffic along the main road. The on-site restaurant also plays music and hosts Karaoke evenings which some guests found to be loud and disturbing when trying to sleep.

On some occasions the local beach was found to be scattered with rubbish which took away from guests' enjoyment of the surroundings. The bathrooms were not always cleaned properly.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel, though at times you may find the connection to be slow.
