Many guests who book this hotel choose it as a convenient place to stop as they are passing through Little Rock. Nearby there are multiples eateries and a supermarket, and it is located close to the Arkansas Heart Hospital and the Baptist Hotel. The area feels very safe and many guests have said they would return.
The staff are always happy to help and the reception staff in particular have received lots of praise for being friendly, welcoming and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasurable stay here.
There is a television in the room, fridge, coffee maker, desk and seating space meaning the rooms are of a generous size and ensure a comfortable stay. Accessible rooms are also available. The beds are very comfortable and you can choose from hard or soft pillows depending on your preference.
There is limited car parking and if the hotel is at full occupancy there may not be space for you to park in the lot. There is additional parking close by.
There have been complaints about noise, including housekeeping staff being quite noisy early in the morning; limited soundproofing therefore noise traveling through the hallways and nearby rooms and also some noise can be heard from the nearby freeway. Guests have also complained about strong lighting outside being visible in the rooms.
Breakfast is not a highlight at the hotel. Guests have not been particularly impressed with the quality of the food and have been frustrated at many food and drink items not being refilled throughout breakfast service despite being reported. This also includes the coffee pot being left empty.
