Nearly every past guest has commended this property on its staff. Check in is friendly and efficient and all the staff are warm and friendly. It feels like they go out of their way to make your stay a good one and they constantly deliver excellent customer service. The housekeeping team is extremely hard working with the property being kept meticulously clean. The hotel is pet friendly though there may be an additional charge for this.
Breakfast is quite typical of this chain and is served buffet style with a selection of hot and cold items. Staff are constantly restocking to ensure that nothing runs out. Guests have praised the hotel for being excellent value for money.
