Perhaps the most appealing feature of this Comfort Inn is its location. Previous guests have loved being able to walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops in Old Town Scottsdale. Plus, many of the big-ticket attractions in the area are within a short driving distance.
While some past guests have found the rooms here a little dated, there are plenty of positive features too. Guests tend to describe the rooms as clean and roomy and many found the beds comfortable. Very few guests encounter any problems when using the Wi-Fi.
Previous guests have been impressed by the standard of service offered at this hotel. The staff is found to be welcoming and friendly. Plus, guests say the staff is happy to answer questions about the area and is quick to resolve any issues.
Breakfast here doesn’t seem to be outstanding, with most guests describing it as fairly average. It’s sufficient for a freebie but you probably shouldn’t expect your day to start with a feast. There are plenty of alternative dining spots in the area if you find breakfast at the hotel disappointing.
Noise doesn’t seem to be a big problem at this hotel but a number of guests do mention that they were able to hear footfall from above. Ask for a top floor room if you feel this will be a nuisance to you.
Guests mention that the choice of equipment in the fitness center is limited. In particular, the lack of a treadmill has disappointed several guests.
