Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall is a non-smoking property. This is great for those who don't imbibe and prefer that their room smell fresh and not like acrid, second-hand smoke.

If you are in the mood for a swim, be sure to get to the pool early as it is rather small and can get crowded very quickly. If you are traveling during the summer months, you may also encounter a pool filled with children, which can make it difficult to get any real exercise or quiet time.

If you are traveling with a hungry brood, be sure you get them to breakfast early, as the breakfast area can get crowded and you might be hard pressed to find a seat. This is especially true on weekends and during peak season.

The restaurant at Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall is closed on Monday which could prove problematic, especially if you've just checked in and are looking for lunch or dinner.
