Past guests of the Comfort Suites Univ. of Phoenix Stadium Area have enjoyed the fact that the hotel is close to not only University of Phoenix Stadium, but also Camelback Ranch, where spring training baseball games are held. This made the location very convenient for guests attending events at these venues.
Many guests of this hotel have commented on how friendly the staff is, as they work hard to ensure that all of your needs are met and that you have an excellent stay at the hotel.
A number of guests have mentioned that the hotel offers a shuttle service that will take you to the various sporting events in the area. This made the location even more convenient, as guests didn't have to walk to take a taxi to these events.
Because of its proximity to the highway, there is some noise in the rooms at the Comfort Suites Univ. of Phoenix Stadium Area. There is very little that can be done about this, however, as the hotel is located right along Route 5.
There have been some complaints about the quality of the Wi-Fi at this hotel, as it seems to slow down in the evening when more people are using it.
While some guests liked the breakfast that is served at the hotel, others found it to be lackluster and wouldn't recommend eating there in the morning. The breakfast is standard continental fare, so it might be a case of some guests expecting a little bit more.
