Many guests were accommodated with special requests and early check-ins. Special day? Make sure you mention that you're celebrating an event, as the hotel is known to gift it's guests.
The Asian-inspired decor is beautiful and unique. The rooms are spotless, the beds are ultra-comfortable and even the smell in the hotel is pleasant. Guests are surprised at the large sized of the rooms and especially the bathrooms.
The concierge is familiar with and knowledgeable about the hotspots and restaurants in the area. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you find nearby places to suit any preference or diet needs.
Several guests have complained that the transportation in the area is limited compared to other parts of the city but the location is convenient for walking to main attractions. The hotel does offer free shuttle services to many parts of the city, including the Sands casino, the ferry terminal, and the airport, for convenience.
Minor issues with restaurant orders being mixed-up or placed incorrectly were reported. The staff, however, is always happy to fix any problem and the overall restaurant experience is reportedly fantastic.
While the hotel offers many dining options, on-site and nearby, some guests were disappointed about the small choice of restaurants open after midnight.
