One part of the guest house overlooks a rather busy road and guests who stayed in that part of the building said they were often disturbed by traffic noise which they described as quite intrusive.
Those who stayed at the inn during warmer weather objected to the lack of air-conditioning units as they found the fans inadequate when it came to cooling down their rooms.
Guests objected to the lack of black-out curtains which resulted in too much light entering the rooms especially during the summer months. Others were inconvenienced by having to climb too many stairs to get to their rooms.
