You can be at the beach in a matter of minutes. There is plenty of parking space. You can practically park in front of your room. The pool is large and very well maintained as well.
If you only speak English, you may have a difficult time communicating with the friendly staff. They only speak Spanish. Just make sure you are good with hand signals!
The restaurant set-up at the hotel is a tricky situation. It appears that it is only functional when people want to sell food at the hotel. Basically, there is no actual restaurant inside the facility even though it is advertised as such.
You won't find extras like ice, a mini-fridge in the room, or drawers to place clothing. In a way, the facility looks more like a motel built around a swimming pool, more so than a hotel.
