This non-smoking hotel is centrally located. Just off of I 86, the property is easy to access and you’re within walking distance of a shopping mall where you’ll find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Most of the must-see tourist attractions are close at hand.
Because Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Big Flats, NY is adjacent to the Interstate, traffic noise may keep you up at night. If your room is next to the laundry facilities, you can hear bleed through noise and footsteps above your head can make for a less than quiet stay.
This property has seen better days and could certainly use an update. The exercise room has seen better days and worn out furnishings and bathroom fixtures can detract from your stay.
The breakfast area is small and can get really crowded during peak travel season and on weekends. Be sue to arrive early to get a seat and plenty to eat.
