Guests were not happy with the free, continental breakfast. The eggs were runny, the biscuits were hard, and the juice machine was inoperable.

Upon walking into the hotel room, it was obvious that the cleaning staff does not take pride in their work. The rugs in the hotel room were torn in places. The toilet was not working properly either.
