The rooms were found to be clean and comfortable by most guests who stayed here. They felt the rooms were not noisy even though they were near the airport and the furnishings comfortable. The rooms also had nice extras liked Wi-Fi and mini fridges.
The hotel is said to be located in a strategic location near the Albuquerque Airport and to many nice restaurants for dining options. The complimentary airport shuttle was a nice touch for guests who did not have to worry about transportation to the airport.
The bistro was thought to be below average by most guests who chose to have some food there. The presentation was not great and the taste felt as if the choices were frozen. The meals were not very good quality and overpriced.
There were guests who felt the property was a bit tired looking. The doors and hallways were in the style of decades long gone, and some felt the air conditioning was not working at a good cooling level.
