Elevators are slow
As expressed by past guests, the elevators at Courtyard By Marriott Chapel Hill are located at the very end of corridor which means a lot of walk with all your luggage. Moreover, the elevators are outdated and slow which make it all the more tiring.

Past guests have not been able to relax and have a good night sleep because of poor soundproofing at this property. Guests were troubled due to the loud noise at odd hours from people staying next-door and walking in the corridor.

Guests staying at this property had a hard time while check-in. In certain instances, there was a long queue with single receptionist checking-in all the guests. The lobby’s coffee station was behind the front-desk counter and the staff was giving away the coffee too, which delayed it further.
