There are 306 guest rooms available divided over 23 floors. The entire hotel is non-smoking and there are no pets allowed. Guests can check in from 3 pm. All the guest room have a 32 inch LCD television, air conditioning, living/seating area, windows that can open, hairdryer, alarm clock, iron, ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, cable/satellite television with in room movies, telephone and radio. There is onsite laundry and valet dry cleaning. The hotel has daily housekeeping service. Guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Viand Urban Bistro or have breakfast at the Coffee house.
