Guests are disappointed that despite being an ocean front hotel rooms do not have ocean views. They feel that the walk to the beach is also long and not easily accessible.
The outside seating areas are all closed when private parties are held in the hotel. Paying guests staying at the hotel find this practice unfair. Guests from the adjacent hotel are allowed to use the pool, so it is busy almost all the time.
Guests feel that breakfast should be a complimentary amenity. They are not happy with the slow service as well.
