Guests thought the treatment they received from staff members here was satisfactory. They mentioned that the employees had welcoming attitudes and that they did whatever they could to make guests feel welcome.

This is one of the newer properties in the area and guests said they could really see the time and attention that went into building and decorating it. Guests loved the brand-new look of their surroundings and particularly appreciated the hotel's boardwalk.

Guest frequently commented favourably about the quality of the food at the bistro and said it was better than they thought it would be. The fact that the hotel also serves Starbucks beverages at the bistro was another welcome perk that guests recognised during their stays.

The hotel offers a place to rent beach chairs, but guests were disappointed that the room cost didn't include the chairs. They thought for the prices they paid, it should have.

Guests often said that they expected this property to be closer to the beach than it actually is. They reported having to walk around behind a building before reaching the sand, and said they would have liked it a lot better if the beach access were more direct.

Guests were very disappointed that none of the rooms at this property include balconies. They mentioned that it would have been extremely nice to have balconies so it'd be easier to enjoy the ocean views and feel the cool breeze.
