Visitors mentioned that this hotel is conveniently close to downtown and a number of points of interest in the area such as golf courses, wineries, etc. Conveniences are also not far from the hotel. In fact, the Grand Traverse Mall is across the street, which several guests found extremely helpful.
Most guests said that they really enjoyed their interactions with the staff. They go above and beyond making their guests happy. They also always have a welcoming, friendly attitude for visitors who are coming or going into the hotel.
A number of visitors felt that the hotel offered a comfortable bed, superior bedding and a clean atmosphere throughout the guestrooms. Many visitors added the level of cleanliness is what they expected from Marriott property.
While it is a clean hotel, some guests mentioned that they're not sure it's worth the price they paid. They cite issues like no free breakfast or stunning view. In short, they claim that nothing made this hotel any different than other leisure or business hotels so they couldn't justify the price they paid.
