Guests say that the rooms here in most cases are well-prepped for their arrival and that they are quite tidy. There were a few cases of the staff forgetting to prep a room by arrival time, or a bathroom floor that was not swept, but generally these appear to be isolated incidents that don't reflect on the attentiveness of the staff as a whole.
A descriptor for this location that keeps popping up: "spacious." It seems these accommodations are well-suited for multiple adults. There is even one story of a family with a tall son in the military who was thanked for his service and immediately moved to another room to accommodate his height. In short, larger adults should be well-taken care of here.
Guests say that the Internet access at Cresthill Suites Syracuse is actually quite strong and speedy. There is not a myriad of reports of disconnections or sluggish speeds, which is encouraging.
While cleanliness generally is not an issue here, the decor is aged and guests say that some of the furnishings are looking run down.
Some guests to Cresthill Suites Syracuse were quite pleased with the breakfast selection, or at the least found its quality to be in line with whatever expectations they carried in with them. However, quite a number of other guests report that the breakfast is poor in their estimation. Some described the available fare as both tasteless and "cheap.".
While it is of course encouraging that cleaning supplies are used in abundance here, nonethelesss, a small handful of guests complain that the particular cleaning supplies in use leave behind a strong odor.
