The staff at Crestwood Suites of Colorado is incredible. Guests reported that they often go out of their way to accommodate and assist guests without any complaints. Staff willingly provide last minute bookings without issue, they provide quick and easy check-in and they work hard to resolve any issues that arise.
This hotel is very easily-accessible and is located close to many main attractions and services. Guests reported that it's in a nice part of town that is quiet and seems safe and the parking area is well-lit and secure.
Guests reported that the view from the rooms is amazing and features a clear view of nearby Pikes Peak.
Some issues with the guest rooms at Crestwood Suites of Colorado Springs have been reported. Some of these issues include dirty floors, trash left behind by previous guests, stained sheets, a lack of countertop space in the bathroom, broken amenities and uncomfortable beds. Also reported was a lack of cooking utensils in the kitchenettes, mold in the bathrooms and a shortage of toiletries.
