At Crowne Plaza Little Rock West, guests got to start their day with a delicious treat to their palate. Past guests extremely enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast, the ample options with fruits and bakery items was add on to their experience.
The hotel has an excellent team that is always there to serve guests. The cooperative staff goes out of the way to assist guests and puts hospitality as their top priority. This is why the hotel has large number of repeated visitors.
The convenient location of this property has proved to be beneficial for visitors. As the hotel is centrally located, guests can walk and explore the nearby shopping center, entertainment district, food joints and iconic tourist attractions.
Though the complimentary Wi-Fi works well in the public area of this property, but in the room it fails to connect. Many of the guests have had issues in connecting and browsing because of constant connection dropouts.
The bathrooms at Crowne Plaza Little Rock West needs to be revamped. As reported by past guests, the bathroom walls are too cramped for a good shower. Guests would have preferred a spacious bathroom for a comfortable stay.
Past guests at this property had a disturbed stay as they were made to overhear people staying next-door and walking in the corridor. The paper-thin walls allows zero sound isolation and guests had to bear the brunt of it.
