Positive Reviews

Comfortable rooms with lots of amenities.

The large rooms are tastefully designed and come with all modern amenities. Most travellers find the rooms to be comfortable, clean, and well-stocked.

Excellent on site restaurant.

The Poivron Rouge serves quality dishes that leave diners satisfied. The prices might be on the high side, but many who dine there say the dishes are worth the price.

Five star customer service.

The staff are one of the main assets of Crowne Plaza Porto. Multilingual and with a reliably friendly attitude, they are at your service.

Negative Reviews

Not best area for tourists, but good for business.

The hotel is not in the city centre and getting to typical tourists sights means taking a tram or driving. Luckily, tram access is nearby, but some say this is a hotel better suited for business people than tourists.

Parking is too expensive.

The parking costs are high, putting many people off the underground garage and sending them to look for street parking instead.

Beds are too hard for some.

A few guests have mentioned that the beds are on the firm side, something that is not to everyone's taste.
